Community Guidelines

1. The Spirit of These Guidelines

MapleNightClub is a social entertainment platform built around fun, fairness, and respect. These guidelines are not a long list of restrictions — they are a reflection of the values that make this community worth being part of. We ask that every player approaches the platform with that spirit in mind.

2. Respectful Behaviour

All players are expected to treat one another with basic human respect. This means:

• Using considerate language in any community features or shared spaces.
• Accepting that other players may play differently from you without that making them wrong.
• Celebrating your own successes without diminishing others.
• Not directing negative comments towards any individual based on their play style, nationality, gender, age, religion, disability, or any other characteristic.

3. Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviours are strictly prohibited and may result in suspension from community features:

• Harassment: Repeatedly targeting or sending unwanted negative messages to another player.
• Hate speech: Language that demeans people based on protected characteristics.
• Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting game bugs or glitches to gain an unfair advantage over the system. Please report bugs through the Help Center.
• Impersonation: Pretending to be another player, a member of the MapleNightClub team, or any other person.
• Spam: Flooding community spaces with repeated, irrelevant, or commercially motivated content.
• Minors: Any attempt to circumvent the 18+ age requirement or to facilitate access by underage users.

4. Responsible Play

Even though MapleNightClub involves no real money, we take the concept of responsible gaming seriously. We ask that all players:

• Take regular breaks and do not let platform time interfere with daily responsibilities.
• Remind themselves that the outcomes of our games are determined by chance and that streaks — good or bad — are normal and expected.
• Reach out for support if playing virtual games begins to feel compulsive. Our Responsible Gaming page lists free, confidential resources.

5. Sharing and Content

If MapleNightClub introduces community sharing features in the future, all shared content must be your own original work, must not contain copyrighted material you do not have rights to, and must not include personal information about other individuals without their explicit consent.

6. Enforcement

Violations of these guidelines may result in a warning, temporary suspension from community features, or permanent exclusion from the platform, depending on the severity and frequency of the conduct. We aim to be fair and proportionate in all enforcement decisions.

7. Reporting Issues

If you witness behaviour that you believe violates these guidelines, please use the reporting mechanisms available within the platform. Reports are reviewed confidentially. We thank those who take the time to help keep this community healthy.

8. Changes to These Guidelines

These guidelines may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in the platform or community needs. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised guidelines.
